DIY Givenchy a/w 2011

Riccardo Tisci covered winter clothes of wild cats.
Some clothes have panthers printed on,some others have cut out details.
A variety of clothes can be done this way.You can insert decorated borders,bands over parts of a blouse or over a cut out dress or decorate cuffs or collars.Unleash your creativity.
To copy this look there are three ways:


Riccardo Tisci ha presentato una divertente collezione decorata con pantere che fanno capolino su gonne e camicette trasparenti e non.Prendendo spunto da questa collezione possono essere creati molti capi di abbigliamento.Si possono inserire striscie decorate su camicette o vestiti trasparenti,decorare polsini o colletti.
Per copiare questo look ci sono tre modi:


1) buy an animal print fabric and cut out a border following the animal heads and sew the piece over a mesh fabric obtaining the look of the second and third pictures.

1)comprate una stoffa con stampe di animali e tagliatela lungo i bordi seguendo il profilo dei corpi degli animali.Ora potete cucirla su una stoffa trasparente ottenedo il look della seconda e terza foto.


2) find an image on the internet you like (a panther if you want an inspired Givenchy shirt or skirt)and print it with the transfer paper,then iron it on the piece of clothing you want to decorate (read the instructions on the paper envelope to see what kind of fabric are allowed )

2)scegliete un'immagine su internet che vi piace di un animale (una pantera per ottenere un look inspirato a Givenchy) e stampatela con la speciale carta trasferibile(si trova in tutti i negozi di computer).A questo punto trasferite la stampa su di una camicetta o gonna utilizzando il ferro da stiro (leggete le istruzioni sulla carta)

3) with decoupage
buy decoupage paper and a special glue used for texliles.
Cut out the panther image and glue it on the piece of clothing of your choice,let it dry,paint a layer of glue over the image,cover it completely,let it dry again and then "cook" it with iron.Now your work can be washed.

3)con il decoupage.
Comprate la carta da decoupage con stampa animale.Ritagliatela e incollatela sul capo prescelto utilizzando la colla speciale per tessuti,lasciatela asciugare bene e poi stendete un altro strato di colla coprendo tutta l'immagine.Lasciate asciugare e poi cuocete con il ferro.

Vuitton meets the Zoo

Vuitton shoes for spring 2011 are funny.The attention is all on the heel climbed by an animal living in the savana,zebras and giraffes.
Speaking of dresses,the new collection it's a strange melting.It's a mix of oriental classic dresses with a strong art decò influence in the cuts and in the floral prints all with added animal prints and africa warm colour combinations for shoes.
There's something for everyone's taste.

We find a lot of lace too:blouse,trousers,daring hot pants. It's not an everage lace, it has the louis vuitton logo all over it.

Le scarpe firmate Vuitton per la primavera sono davvero divertenti.L'attenzione è puntata sul tallone sul quale si arrampica un animale della savana,zebre e giraffe,anche il tacco è una piccola scultura, è una zampa!
Parlando di vestiti invece la nuova collezione è uno strano mix di culture. I vestiti classici orientali si mescolano ai modelli scivolosi art deco e alle stampe floreali. Ma ci sono anche le stampe animalier e le scarpe appena sfuggite dallo zoo.
